Italy is certainly not the only country experiencing a growth in populism, but it is Italy that invites psychoanalysts, historians and philosophers, both in Italy and abroad, to reflect on current's relationship between "Subject and Masses".

One hundred years after the publication of Sigmund Freud’s Group Psychology and the Analysis of the Ego (Massenpsychologie und Ich-Analyse, Sigmund Freud, 1921), the Psychoanalytic Institute for Social Research (IPRS), the Institute of Advanced Studies in Psychoanalysis "Elvio Fachinelli" (ISAP), the European Journal of Psychoanalysis, the Institute for European Research in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IREP) and the Department of Dynamic and Clinical Psychology of Sapienza University, are launching a series of 15 free webinars to be held between 19th February and 17th December 2021 at 18:00 CET.
